The Alentejo region of Portugal: marble quarries expose the nexus between geology, material, environment, industry, ecology, economy, surface and systems. This is an ongoing sculptural and photographic research project with Pó de Vir a Ser, Department of Sculpture in Stone. Sculptural works made in residency at Pó de Vir a Ser have been exhibited in solo and group shows including: DWELL, Portugal (solo,2018) / Routine Ritual Olafur Eliasson SOE Kitchen, Iceland (solo, 2018) / Mjúk Lending, Iceland (group, 2019).
